Before I set up , I worked as a response technician for sewage issues at the local water board. That means I've seen just about every drain problem there is, and I know how to fix it properly the first time.
I'm a qualified plumber too, so if the problem turns out to be a leak, a cistern or a tap rather than the drain, you don't need to call someone else. I live and work locally, and I treat every home like it's my neighbour's, because it usually is.
